Steps

In a pan add jaggery and water and bring it to heat. Keep stirring on medium flame until jaggery is melted. Set aside and strain and add to a bowl

In a bowl add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt on a strainer, strain to the bowl.

Add jaggery liquid in phases to make a batter. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Whisk well

Keep a cake tin ready by greasing. Add the batter to it. Add tutti fruti, gems

Bake in Pre heat 180 deg C for 35 mins
- 6
Cool completely and plate

Cut a slice and enjoy!
