  1. 1 cupsoaked and boiled Toordal
  2. 1 cupsoaked, peeled and grind almonds
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tspsoaked saffron
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. 3 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the sugar in 1 cup water. When it starts to become slightly thick then add almonds paste with continues stirring. Now add boiled and crushed Toordal. Add ghee and stir continues.

    When mixture becomes slightly transparent and shiny add saffron water. Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder. Garnish with almonds and Saffron. Serve hot.
