Sprinkle some salt on the potatoes. Heat oil and fry potato cubes until done and brown in color.

Take them out and keep aside.

In the same oil, sauté garlic until light golden.

Add tomato puree, spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add ketchup and fry it well.

Add potatoes, onions and capsicums.

Cover the pan and turn the flame to very low.

Let it cook for 5 minutes.
