This is a meat-miso recipe I've been making for ages that is full of garlic and ginger.
According to recent research, eating garlic can help prevent cancer.

If you prefer a richer flavor, increase the amount of miso.

Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsGround chicken or ground pork
  2. 3 cloveGinger
  3. 3 largecloves Garlic
  4. 3 tbsp★Tianmianjiang
  5. 1 tbsp★Soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp★Sake
  7. 1 tsp★Dashi stock
  8. 1/2to 1 tablespoons Sugar
  9. 10cm Japanese leeks (white part) finely chopped
  10. 1Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the Japanese leek, ginger, and garlic.

  2. 2

    Put the sesame seed oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it browns.

    Add the ★ seasoning ingredients and stir-fry well. Add sugar to taste. Finally, add the chopped Japanese leek and quickly stir-fry.
