This is a meat-miso recipe I've been making for ages that is full of garlic and ginger.
According to recent research, eating garlic can help prevent cancer.
If you prefer a richer flavor, increase the amount of miso.

Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the Japanese leek, ginger, and garlic.

Put the sesame seed oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it browns.

Add the ★ seasoning ingredients and stir-fry well. Add sugar to taste. Finally, add the chopped Japanese leek and quickly stir-fry.
