Place a pot or pan on heat, add the sugar and water on medium low heat and bring to a boil. Make sure the sugar dissolves completely.

Add the vanilla,butter and stir until the butter melts. Add food color and stir. Reduce heat to low. Add the milk powder and stir well to avoid lumps. Remove from heat.

Add some vegetable oil on a nylon or sack. Quickly transfer the milk and knead immediately. Cover to avoid it from drying. Oil your palms,Cut out some portion,mold with your hands and use any cutter you have to gently press it.
