Slice mushrooms. In a pan on medium high heat, add some olive oil and throw in mushrooms. Cool for about 10 min. Once ready, soft and a little bit brown, add in a plate and keep aside

Now in the same pan add the butter, garlic and cook for a few mins. Then add rice and half of the stock. Cook and continue stirring until the liquid evaporates.

Once evaporated, add the remaining stock and keep stirring.

Once all stock is evaporated, add white wine and stir. Continue to cook until little bit of liquid is left. Once you notice that add the cream and mushrooms and keep stirring. Now you can add on high heat and keep stirring.

Once ready, add some grated cheese of choice- salt and pepper to taste enjoy 😊
