Gur er Kachagolla is a very famous traditional sweet from Bengal, which is made of fresh chenna and flavored with Nolen Gur( date palm jaggery) . Enjoy this delicious rakshabandhan special sweet recipe.
Steps

Boil milk in a vessel. Once it comes to boil, switch off the flame and add lemon juice till milk cuddle completely.

Using a strainer drain the water and collect the chenna. Rinse it under tap water so that no trace of lemon juice in it. Leave it in strainer for 30 minutes.

Take the chenna in a large plate start kneading it with the palm until there are no lumps. Add sugar and milk powder and mash it until the sugar mix completely.

Heat a non-stick pan with ghee, add the chenna cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the melted jaggery and being to quickly stir it. Keep doing this for 7-8 minutes continuously until the mixture thickens.

Transfer the mixture into a plate and kneading slightly to get a smooth dough out of it.

Now make equal lemon size balls from the dough.

Garnish with chopped pistachio top of it.
