I'm still not clear about savoury dishes. I had searched dictionary for other details.sometimes it is appetizers, some where snack. 😊Finally I have made this dish.

2 servings

2medium potatoes
4 slicesbread. (I used brown bread)
Salt to taste
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tspzeera powder
1-2green chillies. Upto taste
1 Tbspcoriander leaves
1egg
Bread crumbs. (as you like)
Oil for shallow frying

Steps

30 minutes.

Peel, boil and mashed potatoes.

Add all ingredients and mix well.

Spread the mashed potatoes mixture at one side of slice.

Heat oil, 2or3 Tbsp. Dip slice from the egg, coat with crumb and fry at low to medium flame.
