Ingredients

  • 1yoghurt
  • 1Sugar (measure using the yoghurt cup)
  • 3 cupsSelf raising flour (measure using the yoghurt cup)
  • 1 cupVegetable oil(measure using the yoghurt cup)
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all your ingredients. I used Daima yoghurt, blackcurrant flavor)

    In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, eggs, sugar and oil.

  4. 4

    Add 3 cups of self raising flour and mix until it's smooth.

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture into you baking tin, and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
