Assemble all your ingredients. I used Daima yoghurt, blackcurrant flavor)

In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, eggs, sugar and oil.

Add 3 cups of self raising flour and mix until it's smooth.

Pour the mixture into you baking tin, and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
