Firstly wash the soaked chole very well then pour the soaked chole into pressure cooker

Add water and tea bag in the chole,salt...close the lid then heat a cooker on the gas

When 1 whistle came sim the gas for 15min...after that turn off the gas

Meanwhile heat a oil in a kadhai add pinch of hing,1bay leaf,1 black cardomon.,1star anise,small cinnamon and chopped onions saute it well

Then add powdered masalas cook for a while add little bit of water so that masala didnt burn

After that add tomato paste..add salt as per taste cook for a while

Then add chole with water (remove tea bag)

Cook for a while the chole consistency became thick after that slightly mash the chole with a masher

Chole is ready serve with rice
