Wash bhindi and slit them from the middle.

Now heat oil in Kadai add slit bhindi fry them on medium flame till it gets cooked. Add pinch of salt while frying bhindi Remove it on a plate.

Now add 1tsp oil to a pan. Add fried bhindi salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & coriander powder mix all together. Turn off the flame. Serve it hot with roti.
