At first making a dough divide them into same size ball for momo 200gm flour I'm making 12pieces

Now using a rolling pin roll out from each ball like small chapati.

Now add stuffing mixture in this and close it shape as you like

Now in a momo streamer add all those momo which prepared earlier and cook for 10mins

Now let it cool for at least 10min or room temperature

Now deep fried them and served with choose of dip
