100 gms Gram flour
1chopped onion
1/2chopped tomato
As per tasteSalt
1green chilli finely chopped
1/6 spoonTurmeric powder
as requiredWater

Take a bowl, add onion, tomato green chili and all spices.

Now add besan and water. Mix them well. We need a thick batter.

Now take a tawa. heat it. Apply little ghee and pour batter and give it any shape.

After 30 seconds change side. It should be golden brown.besan namkeen puda is ready...Serve it with kheer.
