Ingredients

  • 1 slicetangkoy
  • 5dried mushroom
  • 2tomatoes
  • 5 clovesgarlic slices
  • Some ginger strips
  • 1 tbspdried tiny shrimps
  • Fish sauce half tsp
  • 1 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add little oil in wok then stir fry dried mushroom slices until char then remove.Sautee ginger and garlic in oil until aromatic.

  2. 2

    Put back mushroom then add tomatoes then.the tangkoy.Mix it add just a little water and fish sauce.Cover and cook until tangkoy are soft.
