Add little oil in wok then stir fry dried mushroom slices until char then remove.Sautee ginger and garlic in oil until aromatic.

Put back mushroom then add tomatoes then.the tangkoy.Mix it add just a little water and fish sauce.Cover and cook until tangkoy are soft.
