Hot and Sour soup is one of the most well known Chinese soups. It originates from Sichuan province. The stock of the soup is usually meat based, using chicken.

Hot and Sour soup is one of the most well known Chinese soups. It originates from Sichuan province. The stock of the soup is usually meat based, using chicken.
Steps

Boil the chicken till cooked and chopped them finely.

Take a deep pan heat 1/2 oil saute ginger, garlic in high flame for few seconds.

Add chopped tomatoes and chicken pieces stir for a minute.

Add red chilli sauce, Vinegar, soy sauce, then add one up of water, then put cabbage, carrots Salt and pepper.

Simmer for a minute then add cornflour into soup and simmer further.

Now put soy sauce and simmer.
Your soup is ready to serve.
For sideline, serve with fry bread crumbs. (Bread cut in cubes and fry).
