Take up one pan and add grated carrot chopped onion tomato and capsicum mix well cook for 2 minutes.

Then add mashed potatoes and properly mix well.
Add red chilli powder, chat masala,chilli flakes,salt and Maggi masala 1 packet mix well. - 3
Add corn flour mix well then add coriander leaves, turn off flame and transfer it into bowl.

Press and prepare tikki shape and cut in middle with help of cap and prepare doughnut shape.

To make slurry
Add all-purpose flour mix with water and add salt in slurry and mix well. - 6
Now take a doughnut and dip in slurry.

Take a pan with oil deep fry add prepared donut in medium hot oil and fry it.

Flip and fry on all sides until Golden cripps come.

Take out all doughnut from pan transfer onto plate.

Finally served with tomato sauce
