This recipe is originated from Northern part of Nigeria, and it can be serve with different soup such pumpkin soup (miyar taushe), spinach soup (miyar alayyahu) and groundnut crab fish with clarified butter soup.
Steps

Prepare the white rice

Blend it in a blender until smooth NOTE: blend it watering

Put the blended white rice in a bowl

Add yeast, sugar and cow milk

Give it a stir

And dice onions and stir it again

Cover it and leave it to proof for like 2hr

Fry it in the basa pan and your masa is ready

Enjoy with groundnut 🦀 crab fish😋😋🥰
