In one tin, mix all dry ingredients, excluding sugar.

In another tin, mix peanut butter and the fat/butter/margarine for about 30 seconds.

Add in the egg and sugar and mix.

Add in the flour followed by water, bit by bit. Knead it in to make a dough

Scoop the dough using a tablespoon; about 40g per scoop. Roll each scoop into a circle and slightly flatten the top. Place them on a greased pan. Decorate the top using a fork. Bake at 190 °C for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

Once done, let them cool for 15 minutes before transferring to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy !
