Put Palm oil inside the pot

Add bonnet and onions puree

Leave it to fry

Add coriander powder, garlic, black pepper,locust beans.

Give it a stir

Add water

Add seasoning and salt and the prepared meat

Cover it and leave it to boil

Put the kuka bit by bit stir it with whisker continously

After that leave it for like 2min and off the gas, garnish with clarified butter.

Enjoy with moulded rice
