Ingredients

  • 2 packetMonaco biscuits
  • 200 gAmul cream
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 2banana
  • 1apple

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy vessel add few drops of water and sugar and on the flame. Keep stirring occasionally till sugar melts. Now add milk and cardamom powder. Boil milk on low flame till the milk thickens.

    Take Monaco biscuits and grind in a mixer to a smooth powder and keep aside.

    Now take Amul cream in a bowl and beat well. Once the cream is beaten add it to milk.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan add butter and once butter melts add in the Monaco biscuit powder.

    Press the Monaco biscuit powder and butter into the bottom of the dish. Now add Amul cream mixture over the biscuits crumbs. And then put the fruits layer and in the end milk.

    Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
