1 1/2 tbspBasil paste
70 gramsGround beef
70 gramsOctopus, cooked
1/4Onion
1Salt and pepper
2bowls' worth Warm cooked rice
1 tspKombu tea
1Salt

Steps

Roughly mince the onion. Thinly slice the octopus. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan, and pour in olive oil. Add the onion, and saute until translucent. Add the ground beef and stir-fry. When the colour of the meat changes, add the octopus as well.

Turn down the heat. Add the basil paste and salted kelp powder to Step 2, then continue stir-frying. Add the rice as well. Taste and adjust the flavor with salt, then it's done!
