Easy Banana Crumble Cake

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I wanted to increase the number of crumble cake recipes, so I made it with bananas, which are available year-round.

It's okay even if you can't mix the ingredients well. Just mix the flour (and baking powder) as best as you can. Lightly mix in the banana.
Because you bake it for 5 minutes before adding the crumble layer, the crumble doesn't sink into the batter. Recipe by Dori-
