Use as is for a kids snack.

Steps

Boil or microwave the sweet potato to mash. Mix in the katakuriko and add a little water a bit at a time to your desired stiffness (I used 150 ml).

Form into shapes with dampened hands, and cook both sides in a frying pan with oil.

Boil the ☆ ingredients and use the katakuriko slurry to thicken. Once they've finished cooking, they're done!!
