Prepare the vegetables: Dice the tomato and onion and set aside. Prepare the chicken ham and sausage: Dice the chicken ham and sausage and set aside. Prepare the bell pepper: Wash the bell pepper thoroughly, remove the stem, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash again, and let drain.

Prepare the eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, seasoning sauce, and black pepper.

Add the ground chicken, onion, and tomato to the egg mixture and stir well. Add half of the diced chicken ham and sausage (reserve the other half for topping) and fill the bell pepper halves with the mixture.

Microwave for about 2 minutes to set the eggs. Remove from the microwave and top with the remaining chicken ham and sausage.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is golden.

Remove from the oven, place on a plate, garnish with your favorite sauce, and serve hot.
