  1. 4 sliceswhole wheat bread
  2. 1egg
  3. 2egg whites
  4. 1 splashunsweetened almond milk
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbutter
  7. Sugar-free maple syrup, to taste
  8. Ground cinnamon, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the egg and egg whites with the vanilla and milk.

    Put butter in the pan. Meanwhile, soak the bread slices in the mixture and place them in the pan.
