Memories of Hawaii Stuffed French Toast

I wanted to recreate the taste of Hawaii, so I came up with this recipe.
This recipe makes french toast for 2, but it's quite a large amount, so this could serve 3.
I used mango jam. If you use tropical fruit jams, it somehow feels Hawaiian.
Fill the toast with whatever you like. Sliced banana and jam is probably quite nice. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Spread a slice of bread with half of the cream cheese and another slice with half the mango jam. Sandwich together, cut in half and do the same with the other 2 slices.
- 2
Combine the ☆ ingredients well and dip both sides of the sandwiches into the mixture (I recommend using 2 spatulas so that the sandwiches don't fall apart).
- 3
Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook both sides until golden (flip the sandwiches over with 2 spatulas for this step as well).
- 4
Transfer the french toast to a plate, pour maple syrup and serve. If you like, you could serve with powdered sugar or some cream.
- 5
Lulu's (in Waikiki) makes these filled with cream cheese and passion fruit or pineapple jam. It's delicious, but impossible to finish!

Replacing the sugar with jam made this amazing, so I uploaded this recipe!!You could also use baguette instead of sliced bread. If you use thicker cut bread, leave it to soak in the batter for a longer period of time. It's okay if the jam is still a bit lumpy after Step 4!The batter is very milky. It's really good if you use bread that has gone a little stale. Kids will gobble this up if you make it for their breakfast.Keep an eye on the toast at all times so as not to let it burn. At medium heat, cook the french toast while flipping frequently. Recipe by Nacchi sencho cookpad.japan -

Fluffy French Toast Fluffy French Toast
I came up with this recipe by completely infusing the bread with the egg mixture, then slowly frying it until it's entirely cooked through.4-slice bread (3-cm thick slices) give a fluffy and delicious finish. They burn easily, so fry over low heat. Be sure to cover the pan with a lid. The time it takes to cook will vary depending on the thickness of the bread. I used thick sliced (3 cm) bread.
