  • 1 cupboiled minji
  • 2carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1large tomato
  • 1 tspknorr beef cube
  • Oil
  • Salt

    Fry the onions in oil until done

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and let cook

  3. 3

    Add the cubed carrots and cook for some minutes

  4. 4

    Add the minji and let this cook

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer for a while

  6. 6

    Serve hot
