Chop the meat in desired sizes.

Wash then marinate with the above spices for 30minutes-1 hour.

After it's dry,add little oil in the pan to prevent the meat from sticking.
Put the meat in the pan and allow cook until it browns on one side then turn the uncooked side.
Add dhania and serve with ugali and kales.
