Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Spices
  3. Garlic and ginger paste
  4. Yoghurt
  5. Flour
  6. Salt and oil
  7. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chicken with spices, yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste and a little salt, let it set in the fridge for as long as you can

  2. 2

    Take the pieces coat in flour then egg and deep fry. Simple right?
