Wash and cut the wings into two

Marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder, crushed pepper and salt, keep for 30 min

Pour oil in a pan, fry the wing by batch in medium flame until golden brown, spread it on a paper towel
- 4
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, keep a pan, pour the sauce and add fried wings stir well in low flame for 5min, and 5more min in high flame

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
