  • .75 lbchicken, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 Tablespoonsoy
  • 1 Tablespooncorn starch
  • 1 clovegarlic chopped
  • 1 Tablespoonminced ginger
  • 2green peppers cut into 1 in chunks
  • 1 cupgreen onions cut into 1 in lengths
  • 1/2 cupbroth

    Stir soy, corn starch, ginger, garlic together, marinate chicken fornat least 30 min

  2. 2

    Cook hicken in stir fry

  3. 3

    Add veggies and broth, stir til thickened, serve with rice.
