So far we have been enjoying various flavors of Motichur ladoo, Churma's ladoo and Lasa Ladwa etc. but here I have brought you a recipe of Pan Coconut Ladoo… Now a few days later Ganpati Bappa's festival Ganesh Chaturthi is coming. So on this Ganesh Chaturthi you too can make such a Paan Coconut Ladoo and offer it as a prasad to Ganapati ji. This ladoo can be made very easily from the few ingredients in the house. This ladoo is stuffed with Gulkand and Dried fruits and the taste of this ladoo looks very delicious.

First of all, in a mixer jar, add betel leaves, add condensed milk and crush to make a paste.

Now heat ghee in a pan, add coconut powder and roast on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes till it smells good. Now add the paste of the betel leaves made in it and mix well.

Now add green food color and mix it. Add milk and mix. Then cook this mixer on low flame till the mixer becomes thick. Then let the mixture cool down in room temperature.

Now we will make stuffing for ladoo. In a plate, add cashew nuts, almond pieces, Gulkand, fennel seeds, tutti fruity and cardamom powder and mix well.

Now apply ghee on the palm and make a round ball the size of a lemon. Then put stuffing in this Ball and make a round shape ladoo.

Now coat this ladoo with coconut powder. Put it on the plate. And prepare all the ladoo in this way and make two halves of cherry and put it on the ladoo and decorate it.

Now our ladoo is ready. The easiest way to become a health enhancing pan coconut ladoo which is good for both taste and health. You can also offer this ladoo as a Bhog to Ganapati Bappa in Prasad.
