Litti with Afghani Gadda Litti with Afghani Gadda
#ebook -45#onerecipeonetree#2019favGadda- a rich, meaty broth that has a close resemblance to the 'paya' (trotters) soup, usually eaten with nan or bread. I served it with the litti and the fusion created a blast of flavours with every spoon. A perfect supper for winters. Can be cooked in a slow cooker too as I love the idea of getting a bowl of warmth ready when you reach home. Mona Santosh -
