For chokha take brinjal and tomatoe wash and greased.in brinjal u make cut then roast it when it done place it in cold water then peel it.and mash it peel and mash..

Take a big bowl add mashed items, then add 2 tbsp onion 1tspn garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger,Salt to taste 1tspn lemon juice 2 tbsp mustard oil mix well add handful chopped coriander leaves.

For boti firstly we Knead flour take wheet flour add 2tbsp ghee salt,1/4 tsp baking soda mix well Knead with the help of water and make soft dough.

For felling take sattu add 2tb mustard oil,2tb chopped onion garlic,green chilli, ginger,card mom seeds,onion seeds, lemon juice,black pepper powder as to fodia- pinch corriender leaves mix well ready for filling.

Take a dough devied it into 10. - 12 equal part take one ur palm flattened it and put filling on it shape it make all and fry at into warm ghee till it turned golden
