In my family all like peri bites, but I don't make it often.
Do try it's a very delicious recipe and will give tips also to make it crispy and batter won't fall from chillies.

Do try it's a very delicious recipe and will give tips also to make it crispy and batter won't fall from chillies.

Wash green chillies and soak in mixture of water and vinegar (1cup vinegar +3cups water) for an hour

Take them out and dry them completely, make slits and take out seeds.

Marinate chicken before than cook it Completely and shred it, if you like keep chunky

Make stuffing ready mix them, cut mozzarella in strips
Fill each chilli with filling mixture. - 5
Make coating batter, mix maida, cornflour, rice flour n salt add milk and make medium consistency batter.

Dip each chilli in batter well then coat in bread crumbs

Keep them in freezer for few hrs, it's important tip to keep its coating well while frying.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown, keep in strainer not on tissue. It will remain crispy.

For dip sauce
Mix Mayonnaise, ketchup and peri sauce.
