Falafel is one of middle East's most popular dishes,it's vegan ,healthy and delicious. It's crunchy from the outside, but soft from inside. So here I am sharing simple receipe.

Falafel is one of middle East's most popular dishes,it's vegan ,healthy and delicious. It's crunchy from the outside, but soft from inside. So here I am sharing simple receipe.
Steps

Wash chickpeas thoroughly under water and soak for 8 hours in large bowl with lot of water. Do not cover the bowl.

After 8 hours rinse them and drain the water and transfer the soaked chickpeas in grinder jar with one chopped onion,garlic,coriander seeds,cumin,pepper.

Add coriander leaves,salt as per taste and red chilli powder.
Grind them all in coarse texture. Add water if needed. - 4
Take a small portion of mixture and make balls. The mixture should bind well otherwise it may fall apart while frying.

Heat oil in pan on medium flame. Put the balls in oil to fry till they change in golden brown colour.

Serve falafel with curd or your favorite dip.
