Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gbeans chopped in half parboiled in microwave 30s
  2. halfBaby corn halved length wise and cut in
  3. Paprika chopped length wise
  4. 1Carrot julienned
  5. Stem of spring onion length wise cut
  6. Spring onion greens finely chopped
  7. Fresh Baby Spinach roughly chopped
  8. 300 gspaghetti Al Dante
  9. 1 cupfrozen shrimps thawed in MW for 30s
  10. Oyster sauce
  11. 1 tbspRice vinegar
  12. 2 tspCurry powder
  13. 1 tbspLight Soy sauce
  14. Finely chopped garlic cloves x 2
  15. Finely chopped green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan. Keep on high heat (> 6)

  2. 2

    Add spring onion stem and baby corn. Saute

  3. 3

    Add garlic and green chilli. Saute

  4. 4

    Shrimps in. Mix. Cover and steam for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add parboiled beans. Reduce heat to 4

  6. 6

    Add spaghetti. Add oyster sauce, salt, curry powder and Soy. Give it a mix

  7. 7

    Add paprika and carrot. Mix

  8. 8

    Add rice vinegar and some honey

  9. 9

    Garnish with spring greens and spinach. Take off heat.
