In a pot, Add Olive Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder & Garlic Mix Well.

Add Onion, Mix Well and Fry Until Translucent.

Add Tomato, Carrot, Capsicum, Salt & Mix Well.

Add 2 TBsp Water Cover and Cook on low Flame For 4-5 Mins.

Add Instant Oats and Mix Well for 2 Mins.

Ads Water, Mix Well and Cook for 10-12 Mins or Until Done.

Oats Is Ready.

Garnish With Fresh Coriander & Serve Hot.
