1. Boil the beetroot and smash it coarsely, chopped the spinach

2. In a pan oil, sauté the greens well and add the beetroot stir it well and transfer to the bowl (check the salt)

In the same bowl arrange the sliced tomatoes fry it both side then add the sautéed beetroot and spinach spread well then pour the beated eggs let it cook for 3-5 mints then carefully turn it and wait fir 3 mints it’s ready (kids don’t like spinach and beetroot so if you try like this they love to eat) very healthy 😍😍
