First, bring 4 tomatoes, 1/4 onion, 1 large garlic clove, chipotle peppers, and chile de árbol (to taste) to a boil.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, 1 tomato, the remaining garlic clove, and the cilantro. Set aside.

Once the vegetables are boiled, blend them with salt and oregano to make the sauce. Set aside.

For the tuna filling, sauté the chopped tomato and onion. When they soften and change color, add the drained tuna and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for a few minutes, then add most of the cilantro (reserve some for garnish).

Roll the tuna mixture in the corn tortillas to form flautas, then fry them until golden and crispy.

To serve, place the flautas on a plate, pour the spicy sauce over them, top with sour cream, cilantro, and avocado. Enjoy! You can also add cabbage, lettuce, or any toppings you like—they’re delicious.
