Add all the dry ingredients together, mix & add the grated scotchbonnet & onions, add the warm milk & a little warm water to make a soft watery dough.

Grrease your palms with oil & keep kneeding the dough, pinch & roll it in oval shape, keep in a warm place for 10mins, deep fry in hot oil & enjoy.
