Ingredients

15min then 50mi
2 pies
  • 4eggs beaten
  • 29" pie crusts
  • 1 (29 oz)can pureed solid pack pumpkin
  • 3/4 csugar
  • 3/4 cbrown sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg (heaping)
  • 2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tspground ginger
  • 2 (12 oz)cans evaporated milk

Steps

15min then 50mi
  1. 1

    Prepare pie shells

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 425°

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in a large bowl

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients to the eggs and whisk until smooth

  5. 5

    Pour half pumpkin mixture into each pie crust

  6. 6

    Bake 15 min at 425°, then turn oven to 350°

  7. 7

    Bake 45-50 min at 350°

  8. 8

    Pies are done when a knife comes out clean
