Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 lbsirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips
  2. 1/4 clow-sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 Tdry sherry
  4. 1 tspsesame oil
  5. 1 Tcoconut flour
  6. 1 Tbrown sugar
  7. 1 tspcrushed red pepper
  8. 2whole dried red Chile peppers
  9. 3-4 Tcoconut oil
  10. 1/2medium onion, chopped
  11. 1 (8 oz)pkg Shirataki noodles

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, coconut flour, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and whole chile peppers. Add in beef and coat well. Refrigerate 15 min.

    In skillet, heat 1 T oil. Add onion and cook until tender. Remove from onions and set aside.

    In same skillet, heat 2 T of oil. Add beef mixture and saute until cooked through. Stir in onions and noodles.
