This isn't your usual sandwich! Brighten up your lunch at the office or on the go with something different: creamy stracchino cheese, prosciutto, fresh figs, mixed greens dressed with a touch of honey, and crunchy walnuts.

Slice the sandwich roll in half and spread stracchino cheese on both sides.

Add mixed greens, break the walnuts into pieces, and sprinkle them on. Season with a little salt and drizzle with honey.

Layer on the prosciutto and fig slices, then close the sandwich.

Wrap well in plastic wrap and keep in an insulated bag until ready to eat.
