Spicy, Sweet, Tangy Chicken Wings with Thai Sauces

#toc1 #cppthailand #cppassport #cookpadindia
It's a great way to make use of the chicken wings and children loves it, so does the adults.
I usually buy whole chicken and cut it at home, so I end up with lots of chicken wings, which I generally freeze until I get a good amount, because both father and son duo would not eat it in Chicken curry as they are Boneless Chicken lovers but loves to have it in this way or the chicken lollipop version or grilled.
When I have time, I make the wings into lollipop shape otherwise just cut into two and prepare this with sauces. It spicy, sweet and tangy. When I prepare this I don't have to ask my son to finish the Chicken wings when it's ready
I sometimes make it as an appetizer or starter when friends come over.
Do try and enjoy !

Steps
- 1
Cut the Chicken wings into two pieces or leave it whole whichever way you like. Wash it, pat dry and take it in a bowl. Add garlic powder and onion powder (you can use paste too), black pepper & fish sauce and mix it thoroughly and let it rest for half an hour to marinate. After that deep fry the wings till it's golden brown in colour, it will take up about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile the chicken is getting marinated, peel and chop garlic cloves. Roast the sesame seeds. Mix all the 4 sauces. Once wings are fried. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, saute it, don't brown it, add the sauces and mix well, add the fried wings too, mix well, you can put off the flame and let it cook in the residue heat for a minute or two. Add in the roasted Sesame seeds too. Put it on a plate to serve, garnish with green onion and serve hot !
