Add your flour,yeast,oil,taste and grated bonnet in a bowl and mix into a stiff dough then keep to rest for 15 mins

Add oil in a pan and add your marinated meat lets cook add your spices and a little taste, leave till water absorbs and its done.

Cut your dough into 6 balls take one ball and flatten then roll into a rectangle shape you can use your knife to cut the rectangle shape,grease with mayonnaise then add a spoon full of your stuffing.do same for all

Roll and make strips cut but don't cut to the edge then roll again and bend into a ring shape.leave to rise and fry in deep oil
