Ingredients

30 minutes
2 pax
  • 12 piecesCleaned Gizzards
  • Black Pepper (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Sliced Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 teaspoonGinger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonGarlic paste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot, put the Gizzards, add in Salt, Pepper and the Ginger and Garlic paste. Rub in, add a little water cover and cook.

  2. 2

    Once the water is dried up and the Gizzards are cooked, add in the Onions and Saute.

  3. 3

    Add in the green capsicum and cook for a few minutes on high heat.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy.

@Ruth_Wakesho Reality is have never tried plain gizzards, i think its time now i did! Your recipes is tempting me to cause it really looks so delicious!
