Steps

In a pot, put the Gizzards, add in Salt, Pepper and the Ginger and Garlic paste. Rub in, add a little water cover and cook.

Once the water is dried up and the Gizzards are cooked, add in the Onions and Saute.

Add in the green capsicum and cook for a few minutes on high heat.

Serve and enjoy.
