I came across this biscuit custard pudding in a potluck party and immediately fell in love with its simplicity. This pudding is a super easy recipe to make for kids at home. This recipe is an easy and quick delight for eyes and taste buds too.

I came across this biscuit custard pudding in a potluck party and immediately fell in love with its simplicity. This pudding is a super easy recipe to make for kids at home. This recipe is an easy and quick delight for eyes and taste buds too.

In a bowl mix the custard powder and agar agar powder with 4 tbsp milk to make a uniform mixture. Take a pot and boil milk, to it add the mixture and stir till it thickens and add sugar. Just turn off the flame. Add the vanilla essence and mix.

In a glass tray place a layer of Marie biscuit dipped in cold milk covering the tray

Pour custard mixture to cover the biscuit and repeat the steps. Allow to set for an hour. Cut into pieces and chill before serving. Your pudding is ready. Garnish as per your kid’s choice of topping
