Steps

Pour 2 cup milk in a pan, let it come to a boil, add ghee, add 1/2 cup sugar, mix well and keep stirring for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

Now gradually start add Suji and keep stirring under low flame, after few minutes it will thicken.

A tight soft dough is required to make balls. Transfer to plate and let it lose the temperature, we need warm so that we can make balls out of it.

Grease palms and start making small small balls from the warm dough.

Now in the same pan add 3 cup milk, add milk powder, mix well so that no lumps is formed, add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.

Switch on flame and start boiling milk by adding cardamom under medium flame and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes, just to thicken milk but not very thick.

Now start adding the Suji balls one by one, add the chopped nuts and let the balls cook for 6-7 minutes.

Let it cool down completely, let the balls absorb milk for 5-6 hours in refrigerator.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled
